so, as everyone is aware, open floor has been 1 of apacs annual event...
but the thing is, every year, the comms r more concern bout the foods n flow...
not the deco.. :(
so this year, i want it 2 b something different...hehehe n thx 2 all my dearest n sweetest commitees, we manage 2 decorate our LEVEL 14 perfectly!!! hahaha...
